Set up or teach you how to create data-driven subscriptions for your SSRS Reports.  For example, send out the Form Responses report to the Primary Contact on the form as new form submissions come in.
 
Project Description
Optional: Create a new SSRS report that can be used for a data-driven subscription
Write a stored procedure to pull the report parameters and recipients (not necessary but highly recommended when complex logic is involved)
Create the data-driven subscription in your SSRS web interface
Test and make sure the subscription is performing as expected
